Weekday Wear

Weekday Wear
Weekday Wear by messybunch featuring sailor pants

I love, love, love this Peacock green color!  It's really great for those of us that have blue eyes and dark brown hair. My sister Amy and friend Melisa wear this color beautifully!
You've got to love the messenger style bag...throw it over your shoulder and go. The flats make it very easy to wear while the kids are in tow. The jacket is great for when you're heading out the door...and the plaid shirt is adorable to wear around the house (I've always loved plaid!) Throw on some nice smelling perfume, you know to hide the scent "O' Mac & Cheese," that I end up wearing all too often! lol You're not only a mom, you're a wife, a friend, and a mom...everyone loves a good smelling mommy...especially your kids.
*I've paired it with lia sophia's Matte Gold Textured Earrings, and  Robin Bracelet.

  1. I love the outfit and I love the peacock green too. You always look so put together. That's something I need to work on so I don't always end up just looking like only a mom and not a wife and friend also. I love your sense of style. You inspire me.

  2. You're so funny, Melisa. Every time I see you, you look amazing and very well put together! The peacock green color looks wonderful on your skin tone, and with the darker hair. Don't worry too much...I myself need to start buying some of these outfits to get me looking a little less tired housewife, and a little more put together! These are kind of my "dream wardrobe" outfits. :) If we can actually get the kids together for a play day, I can show you how to put them together on Polyvore. Super easy, and it helps so much compared to going into a store and not knowing where to start, or if you're going to find all the pieces you need for an outfit...it's all at your fingertips!

  3. Yes, you will definately have to show me how. Hopefully all this sickness will be over soon. Who is sick in your family now? We have some coughing going on over here but no more flu.

  4. Shelby still has a cough and runny nose, and Addie just caught what Shelby has. It's just crazy...we've never ever been sick this much in one winter, and it's not even over! I'm glad the flu is gone from your place. That's so hard on them and us.
